No reviews or product rating about products on Estore. Users' reviews matter and can be helpful also would encourage others to buy.
After-sale-services EXs:
call CSTs after order is completed to make sure order is delivered sufficiently and tackle possible challenges ahead. Offer special thank you coupons or discounts to loyal CSTs with repeatable orders. Encourage satisfied CSTs to recommend product they bought to friends and family (word-of-mouth-marketing) offering special incentives for both.
Not available in Stock, limited options + unavailable in estore, Possible solution:
Send weekly reports to stock team regarding unavailable products most notably mid range smartphones. 3/4 door REFs, WMs,50 and below inch TVs especially QLEDs, and sound devices especially a frame one.
Check with stock team regarding the exact available item units.
Offer wide range of products that are unavailable in estore based on CSTs requests (Odyssey -g- monitors, phone cases+screen protectors, newly released mid range smartphones + others to be included in the needs sheet!)
